What We’re Looking For

We hire for attitude first — skills can be taught, but good energy is natural. If you’re friendly, reliable, and ready to show up for the team, you’re already halfway there.

Basic Requirements:

  • 18 years or older

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Comfortable working in an adult-oriented, LGBTQ-friendly environment

  • Able to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Willing to assist with cleaning, stocking, and upkeep

  • Capable of being on your feet for extended periods

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Bonus Points:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience

  • Experience with cash handling or front desk work

  • A calm, friendly presence under pressure
